Τσούπου Ιφιγένεια

Ifigeneia Tsoupou is Talent Acquisition Team Leader at AEGEAN, the largest Greek airline. She is responsible for ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent, aligning recruitment objectives with the strategic goals of the company. She has previously worked as an HR Officer in multinational companies and she was responsible for providing a full range of HR services gaining valuable experience, developing interpersonal skills which have enabled her to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Crete and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
