Τζαχρήστα Μαριάννα

Marianna Tzachrista is HR Manager at AEGEAN, the largest Greek airline. She is responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition, employer branding, training and skill development, and HR change management initiatives. Before her employment with Aegean, Marianna had acquired extensive working experience at several management roles mainly in the OTE (Deutsche Telekom) Group and has advanced skills and knowledge in talent management and leadership portfolio management. She is a strategic Business Partner, dedicated to offering innovative customer-centric solutions to the company’s Management.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from ALBA Graduate Business School.
